​​Leadership: at the forefront of learning

​​After more than 20 years of working in organisational transformation, we’ve synthesized our learnings into a proven and effective leadership program — Soul driven leadership. Hundreds of people have embarked on the learning journey to become agents of change inside their organisations.

​​We teach leaders how to create an environment where trust in one another is the status quo. Agents of change help create the capacity for learning within their organisations. In turn, these participants help create communities in which the powers of the human spirit have room to love, learn, and cooperate, and are encouraged and honored.

​course 1: trust, reshaping the world

​​Soul-driven leadership is a capacity building program. It helps participants unlock their potential to transform their organisation into a community where impassioned people stretch, learn, and continue to grow together. The first step of that journey is a 2-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to create an environment of trust. The main capacities we cover are:

• ​​engaging in meaningful conversations with each other.

• ​​reflecting on our words and actions

​​Concepts of which we will develop a deeper understanding are:

• ​​organisations as community

• ​​building an environment of trust

• ​​the meaning of individual and organisational purpose

​On day 1 and 2 the session will run from from 9:00AM till 5:00PM.
